Stress's Horrifying Effects on Your Body

I used to be under the impression that I did not have any stress in my life.

Even though I rarely experienced feelings of relaxation and had very tense muscles in my shoulders, I did not feel anxious.

It took me some time to figure out that the reason I was so tense was because I was so anxious and worried.

I had a stressful work (like everyone else), a stressful commute, stressful financial difficulties, and

stressful health stresses; therefore, when I became honest with myself, I knew that I was on stress-overload and that I needed to make some adjustments immediately

these changes needed to take place as soon as possible.

The thing about stress is that it has a way of sneaking up on you and causing all kinds of damage without you ever realizing it's happening.
