Moore was released by the Lions after the NFL announced on Friday that he will be suspended

indefinitely for violating the league's wagering policy, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Moore was discovered to have bet on NFL games, resulting in a minimum one-year suspension

after which he can apply for reinstatement. Quintez Cephus and Shaka Toney of the Commanders received season-long suspensions

for wagering on NFL games, while Jameson Williams and Stanley Berryhill received six-game suspensions for wagering on non-NFL contests.

The safety must now concentrate on his reinstatement and finding a new team for the 2024 season.
