Bellinger robs Heyward, gets booed by LA crowd

Throughout the course of this past weekend, the fans at Dodger Stadium gave Cody Bellinger thunderous standing ovations and cheered enthusiastically whenever he was on the field.

When one of the crowd's old favorites made a grab that was all too typical, the crowd's opinion of him began to change.

And Bellinger appeared to be enjoying himself in the situation.

"The fans gave him a lot of love until he stole one away," Cubs manager David Ross said to reporters after the game.

Jason Heyward, a former star for the Cubs who is now playing for the Dodgers and adding another layer of interest to the situation,

hit a pitch from Jameson Taillon deep to center field during Saturday's game against the Dodgers, which the Cubs lost 2-1.

Bellinger moved backwards and made a few swift spins of the head in order to get a good look at the wall before timing the perfect leap.
