Due to "a Shift in My Personal Life I'm Extremely Pleased About," Ant Anstead Quietly Sold His O.C. House [Exclusive]

Anstead hinted at a new real estate acquisition with his fiancée of nearly two years when he told PEOPLE earlier in April that he had formally sold his cherished Temple Mansion in Laguna Beach, California.

"The off-market transaction "came at the perfect moment, for another property and a transition in my personal life that I'm extremely thrilled about," he said, confirming that Temple had been sold. So I said, "Yeah." I immediately made the call."

Anstead had intended to sell the $3.3 million seaside home in October 2022, but he changed his mind in February because "it's a wonderful spot," as he told PEOPLE at the time.

He's now prepared to write the next chapter of his life with Zellweger in their new house. Ant did not specify the location of the property, but he had previously told PEOPLE, "I'm going to without a doubt have a base in and around Laguna."
