A source tells PEOPLE that the 44-year-old actor of Radford Reborn and his 53-year-old award-winning actress fiancée have "discovered a home that they both adore and are moving in together."

Anstead hinted at a new real estate acquisition with his fiancée of nearly two years when he told PEOPLE earlier in April that he had formally sold his cherished Temple Mansion in Laguna Beach, California.

Anstead had intended to sell the $3.3 million seaside home in October 2022, but he changed his mind in February because "it's a wonderful spot," as he told PEOPLE at the time.
