According to sources, the Steelers are likely to make a trade for Rams wide receiver Allen Robinson.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter on Tuesday, the Steelers are poised to make a deal for Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Allen Robinson.

According to Schefter, the Steelers would receive Robinson and a seventh-round draft pick (No. 251) in exchange for Pittsburgh's

seventh-round pick (No. 234) in the transaction, which is predicated on Robinson passing a physical.

According to the sources, Robinson will have his physical on Wednesday in Pittsburgh. According to the sources, the Rams will pay $10.25 million

of Robinson's $15.25 million guaranteed contract for the 2023 season, while the Steelers will cover the remaining $5 million.

Robinson, 29, would be the Steelers' second veteran acquisition this summer. Under new general manager Omar Khan,

the Steelers have been aggressive in free agency, signing veterans such as cornerback Patrick Peterson, who is entering his 13th season,

and lineman Isaac Seumalo. Robinson will become the Steelers' third-most seasoned player, after only Peterson and defensive lineman Cameron Heyward, who has also played 12 seasons (all with Pittsburgh).
