This dish is perfect for you if you are the kind of person who loves burgers so much that they will light the grill whenever possible.

Not overheating the pan is a must. If the burger is cooked at too high of a temperature, all the moisture will evaporate too rapidly, leaving you with a dry, shrunken burger.

Making a Mexican-style burger.
The burger is the centerpiece of this dish. Mix in a spoonful of your own homemade taco seasoning to the ground meat.
Add another tablespoon of taco seasoning and knead it in like you did the first time. Prepare two beef burgers and put them in the freezer.
To warm the buns, set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Create paper-thin rings with the onions. Put the hamburger patties in a hot pan and bake for 5-10 minutes.
Whether or whether you want your burger medium-rare is up to you. Cast aside the Mexican burgers so you can cook the streaky bacon for 2 minutes.
